This is an incredibly fun, multi-media project, led by award winning gourd artist, Joni Hasselbach. Guests will use acrylics on a bottle gourd, and they will learn how to hand build with a clay-like 2 part polymer, to sculpt arms ,boots, and a nose. Gloves will have a hole to hold items such as a flower, gourd ect. (Gourds are not included). Guests will cut out the beard fur. The hats and scarves were professionally hand-sewn by Susie Spools Sewing School. Gourds range in size around 10 in. tall & 6-8 in. wide. This class is good for beginners and is for ages 10+. (Kids must be accompanied by an adult or checked in before drop-off). This a a BYOB event and snacks are welcome. This class costs $45 per person (non-refundable).Attend$45.00
