Our paint me a story is our art and literacy program. We have a community leader/ guest read to the children ages 2-12 paint a corresponding piece of pottery. Our reader Val Floro Will be reading FIVE BIZZY HONEYBEES by Lance Douglas. Val lives I n Oak Harbor and works in Fremont for NOMS healthcare. She is a nurse and a certified nurse midwife. She deliver babies and takes care of women. She loves to scrapbook and is a beekeeper. She has been a beekeeper for 4 years and currently has 6 beehives. Her husband and Her also own Floro’s Farm Market in Oak Harbor and we harvest and sell our honey there along with fresh produce.
