Paint Me a Story is our art and literacy program for children ages 2-12. This week’s special guest reader is our very own Joni Hasselbach. Joni has just opened her brand new store called Joni’s Boutique. In celebration of her store Joni wants to have a special PMAS which includes a special Christmas gift for each child. Joni will be reading the very funny and cute story “Penguin Problems” by Jory John.
After hearing the story, the children will get to paint a penguin Christmas ornament which will be taken home at the end of the night. To end the night, we will be sending each kid home with a penguin warmie! These stuffed animals are super soft and great for winter. But, it’s not just a stuffed animal! Warmies can be heated in the microwave for added comfort (plus they are great for sick days or ear infections). The cost is $20 non-refundable. Register in advance, we only have 21 spots available!
