Join us for our new Faith Art – Sunday Series, creating inspirational art through faith. We will hold a Sunday afternoon class from September through the end of December, where guests gather to create faith-based arts and crafts. During our Sunday, October 13 (2 pm to 4 pm) class, guests will make a beautiful barn quilt cross. Barn quilts began as a way to honor a loved one with a gorgeous piece of folk art. Large barn quilt signs are usually displayed on the outside of a barn or a home. Enjoy this smaller 12″ barn quilt (made of 1/4″ thick MDF) inside your home as a piece of timeless faith art. You will have free rein on your colors and patterns to create your own unique design. No experience is required for this class. Though this is not a step-by-step project, our staff will be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions. The cost of this class is $35 (non-refundable) per person. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
