Barn quilts began as a way to honor a loved one with a gorgeous piece of folk art. Large barn quilt signs are usually displayed on the outside of a barn or a home. Enjoy this smaller 18″ barn quilt inside your home as a piece of timeless art. The Americana barn quilt represents America’s beautiful, unwavering spirit. It’s made of 1/4″ thick MDF. At this open workshop, you will have free rein on your colors and patterns to create your own unique design. The cost is $40. **Please note** Since this is not a step-by-step instructional class, you may still purchase the Americana barn quilt to paint at home if you cannot attend this workshop. For take-home projects, we will provide the paint colors of your choice, but brushes are not included. Registration is required for both in-studio and take-home projects by June 13. When you register, please choose if you want to attend the in-studio workshop or take the project home to complete. Food and beverages are welcome at the workshop (BYOB for guests 21+).
